Shot Blasting Spare Parts Catalog
Browse the core spare-parts pages below. Each page explains the part function, what photos or dimensions to send, and how to prepare a clearer RFQ.
Catalog scope: Xindong focuses on blast wheel parts, blast wheel blades, rotors / bare wheels, impellers, control cages / directional sleeves, distributor wheels, blast media flow control valves, wear plates, chamber liners, guard plates and custom wear parts from drawings or samples.

Abrasive feed control
Blast Media Flow Control Valves for Shot Blasting Equipment
Blast media flow control valves, also described as abrasive dosing valves or shell-type valves depending on the design, regulate the abrasive supply from the storage hopper to the blast wheel. Valve structure, connection layout and operating method can vary, so the part should be identified before quotation rather than matched by name alone.
- Send clear photos of the complete valve and its installed position.
- Provide inlet, outlet, flange and mounting-hole dimensions.
- State whether operation is manual, pneumatic or another known method.
- Include the machine model, existing part number, drawing or old sample when available.
Selection table
What to prepare for each category
| Category | What to send | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Blast wheel assembly | Assembly photos, motor/drive details, mounting base, rotation direction | Confirms whether the quote is a full unit or separate wheel parts. |
| Blast wheel blades | Full set quantity, blade photos, length, width, thickness and mounting details | Helps reduce imbalance and wrong blade shape risk. |
| Control cage / directional sleeve | Opening direction, outside dimensions, worn area and wheel model | Small orientation mistakes can change the blasting pattern. |
| Impeller / distributor wheel | Diameter, height, bore, keyway, photos and matching blade details | Controls abrasive flow into the blade path. |
| Blast media flow control valve | Complete valve photos, inlet and outlet dimensions, flange layout, operating method and part number if available | Confirms the valve structure and connection arrangement before quotation. |
| Wear plates / liners | Installed position, thickness, hole positions, old part photos and drawing if available | Confirms fit inside the chamber and wear area. |
| Custom wear parts | Drawing, sample photos, dimensions, material/process request and working condition | Allows review before custom quotation. |
