Blast Wheel Assembly with Motor

Direct Drive Blast Wheel Assembly
For direct motor-to-wheel layouts. Confirm shaft layout, rotation direction, mounting dimensions and feed position.
Pulley-Driven Blast Wheel Assembly
For pulley-driven layouts. Confirm drive position, pulley side, motor side, wheel photos and mounting base.

Replacement signs
When to review the whole blast wheel assembly
It is safer to review the whole assembly when several related parts show wear or when performance changes are difficult to trace to one component.
- Cleaning efficiency drops or the blast pattern moves away from the target area.
- Vibration or noise increases around the wheel unit.
- Blades, impeller and control cage show uneven wear at the same time.
- Wheel housing liners or guard plates are heavily worn.
- The existing unit is old, modified or missing reliable part numbers.
