Evidence
Old part evidence is more useful than a short name
Any of the following can help: old part photos, a drawing, an old sample, old part number, machine nameplate or installed-position photos. You do not need to have all of them before contacting Xindong, but the more relevant evidence you send, the easier it is to reduce wrong-part risk.
For old equipment, imported systems or modified machines, the machine model and nameplate text can be more important than a general part name. If there was a retrofit or a previous replacement by another supplier, state that in the RFQ. Similar parts may have different mounting profiles, hole positions, bore dimensions or rotation-related details.
Dimensions should focus on the areas that decide fitment: total size, thickness, hole diameter, hole spacing, center bore, window opening, keyway, mounting face and left/right direction. Quantity should also be clear. A single trial piece, a matched set and a full replacement batch are different RFQ situations.
